University of Texas System

After interviewing many of the nation's largest building commissioning firms, the University of Texas System selected Bath Commissioning Corporation as a provider of commissioning services for its campuses in Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Odessa, Edinburg, and Brownsville.

Texas A&M University System

Texas A&M University System awarded a master service contract to Bath Commissioning Corporation.  The duration of the initial contract is three years and it is renewable for up to five additional years.  Bath will be responsible for commissioning projects in Corpus Christi, Kingsville, Laredo, and San Antonio.  The pilot project will be the TAMU-CC School of Nursing and Health Science Building.  TAMU has big plans for the San Antonio campus.  A recent news release stated the Texas Legislature approved a $40 million bond to fund initial projects at the new campus which will eventually grow to a 25,000 student university.

Valero Refining

Valero Refining selected Bath Engineering Corporation to provide design engineering services for its Ardmore Electrical Distribution Project.  The Valero Ardmore Refinery has a throughput capacity of approximately 90,000 barrels per day.  Its products include conventional gasoline, diesel, low-sulfur gasoline, asphalt and refinery-grade propylene.  It is one of the largest suppliers of performance-grade asphalt to Oklahoma and Texas.  Its excess hydrogen capacity and fluid catalytic cracker feed capabilities have established the refinery as a leader in the production of clean-burning fuels.  Located 90 miles from Oklahoma City, the Ardmore refinery is positioned to take advantage of  the company's 1,500-mile crude oil pipeline system. The plant is also capable of receiving crude oil from third-party pipelines and trucking operations. Refined products are transported via pipelines, rail cars and trucks.
