Few consulting engineering firms successful navigate generational management transitions.  Bath Group, Inc. is an exception because it recognizes that management transition is long-term process, not an event in time. 

Kenneth Bath, P.E., mentored the firm’s second generation managers for more than a decade before he turned over control to them.  Similarly, they are now mentoring the third generation of management in anticipation of continuing the firm’s strong leadership for many years into the future.
