Electrical Safety
Projects: Petroleum Plant
Bath Engineering has developed a broad base of experience in the area of process electrical safety. Process electrical safety involves the proper application of practices developed by organization such as NFPA, American Petroleum Institute (API), and others to insure that the installation of electrical equipment in potentially ignitable atmospheres does not increase the risk of an explosion or fire. Bath Engineering has developed a common sense and unique approach to hazardous area classification assessment that deploys the use of gas - vapor dispersion modeling in determining the extent of classified areas.
Bath has conducted numerous site analysis, assessment studies, and on-site training with clients such as Koch Materials Group, Flint Hills Resources, John Zink Company, BP Chemicals, and Crompton Corporation. |
