Commissioning I

Requirements:

• Knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and pumps
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS Word proficient
  

Preferences (but not requirements):

• Bilingual English-Spanish
• Prior work experience in commissioning
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree
• Successfully passed EIT exam

Job Description:

• Work as a member of our commissioning team under the direct supervision of an experienced commissioning authority 
• Observe the construction of HVAC systems to confirm quality of construction contractor's workmanship
• Witness system tests performed by construction contractor 
• Learn problem-solving skills and decision making process
