Commissioning II

Requirements:

• Prior building commissioning experience
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and pumps
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• MS Word proficient
• Problem-solving skills
  

Preferences (but not requirements):

• Certified commissioning authority by BCA, ACG, or NEBB
• Bilingual English-Spanish
• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree
• Professional Engineering registration

Job Description:

• Lead team commissioning large institutional buildings
• Observe the construction of HVAC systems to confirm quality of construction contractor's workmanship
• Witness system tests performed by construction contractor 
• Attend periodic seminars on commissioning and/or mechanical systems
