Cx Manager

Bath Commissioning Corporation was formerly a division of Bath Engineering Corporation.  It is now an independent company providing building commissioning services in the United States and Mexico.  Our clients include universities, multinational corporations, and municipalities.  Projects include university buildings, manufacturing plants, municipal buildings, and LEED projects.  We have an excellent backlog of work and many satisfied repeat clients.

We are seeking leaders to manage projects.  This position requires someone with excellent commissioning credentials, proven management experience, client relations skills, and ability to work well with others.  The person we select will manage a team of commissioning engineers and commissioning technicians.  He/she will also market our services to established and new clients.

Criteria:

• Engineering degree
• Professional engineer by exam (any state)
• At least four years commissioning experience on large projects
• At least four years mechanical design experience
• Experience managing employees
• Experience managing projects
• Excellent public speaking skills

Preferences (but not requirements):

• Certified commissioning authority by BCA, ACG, or NEBB
• Bilingual English-Spanish
• Prior management experience at the department, division, or company level
• LEED Accreditation
• Certification by BCA, ACG, or NEBB
