 Bill Stark, P.E., LEED AP Principal Mr. Stark has over 15 years of project engineering and management in the petrochemical plant design and construction including grass roots plants, retrofits, and expansion of existing facilities. Project management experiences include cost estimating, cost control, cash flow forecasting, project scheduling, procurement, design, design management and construction contractor coordination.
Bill has specialized in process measurement and control systems, and has worked with the following systems: Honeywell TDC 2000 and TDC 3000, Delta “V”, Allen-Bradley, Modicon, and other DCS and PLCs. He has provided designs for systems from basic relay logic control to advanced process and SIL 3 emergency shutdown systems. Additionally, he has designed low and medium voltage motor control centers, substations, and distribution systems. He designed and started up a large number of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) in a variety of applications including Extruders, Blowers, Pumps, and Filters.
He also maintains a broad background in specification and application of flow, temperature, pressure, level, pressure relief, and other measurement devices for applications in petro-chemical and similar industries.
Mr. Stark earned degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri - Columbia. He also earned an MBA from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas. Bill is also certified as a LEED Accredited Professional.
