 Javier Garcia, P.E., QCxP, LEED AP Principal
Javier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991 from the University of Texas at El Paso. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Texas and New Mexico.
In 1993, Javier accepted a position as a design engineer for a small electrical engineering firm. His design assignments included instrumentation systems, electrical distribution systems, lighting systems, and special systems such as fire alarm, intercom, security and media retrieval. He worked on municipal pump stations, school buildings, and office buildings.
To broaden his experience, Javier moved to Dallas where he took a design engineering position at BL&P Engineers. In this position, he had the opportunity to design hospital and healthcare facilities, data centers, hotels and condominiums, high-rise and low-rise office buildings and financial centers.
Javier joined Bath Engineering Corporation in 2000 as Senior Electrical Engineer and Senior Design Manager. In 2005, Javier became a Principal of the firm. He has been responsible for the project management of healthcare projects, laboratories, municipal pump stations, commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, churches, school buildings and university facilities.
Javier is actively involved in Bath’s commissioning projects. He is a Certified Commissioning Professional and a LEED Accredited Profesional. |
