CNG Stations - Georgia

Atlanta Gas Light (AGL) developed a network of privately-owned CNG fueling stations in Georgia. This program was designed to resolve the “chicken or egg” dilemma: Which comes first, natural gas vehicles or the infrastructure to refuel them? Under the program, AGL contracted with private station owners to construct CNG fueling stations throughout metro-Atlanta and along major transportation corridors in Georgia.

Bath Engineering designed two proto-type CNG compression and storage systems.  Then, Bath converted the proto-type designs into seven site-specific design packages.  The designs included compression and dispensing facilities.
