Lexmark LCCP

Bath Commissioning Corporation served as the LEED Consultant for the Lexmark LCCP project.  This is a remarkable green project because both the building and the process inside the building are sustainable.  The building is the first manufacturing facility in Mexico to be certified by the US Green Building Council.  In fact, it is only the fourth LEED project in the country.  Notably, it is the first LEED Gold project in the El Paso/Juarez metropolitan area.  Inside the building, Lexmark operates its Cartridge Recycling Program.  Hundreds of thousands of used toner cartridges are remanufactured each year.  This reduces solid waste and saves resources.

In addition to managing the LEED certification process for Lexmark, Bath also provided Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning services on this project.
