College Campus

Bath provided building commissioning services for Del Mar College's $108 million dollar capital construction program.  Bath's scope of work included review of design documents prepared by several A/E teams, construction phase observation, and functional testing of mechanical and electrical systems.

Central plant systems include a new 2,000 ton chilled water system and the expansion of another central plant with 1,500 tons of cooling.  Both central plants have variable flow pumping systems, district chilled water systems, and thermal storage systems.
