Truck Loading Facility

Bath Engineering Corporation worked together with James & Luther Construction on this design/build project.  The scope of work called for a a three-bay truck loading facility capable of loading diesel, naptha/TS2 diesel, regular unleaded, premium unleaded, and blended gasoline.  Each bay had four loading arms with meters, set/stop valves, mini-pak additive injectors, and product pumps.  The system was controlled and monitored by an Accuload III Load Controller.  Bath's design included spill containment, a storm water syetem, pumps and piping, a foam fire protection system, computer interface to an existing Diamond System, a video suveillance and card access system, and the upgrade and addition of an existing motor control center.
