The Packard-Harrison project was a 46,000 square foot three-story office building and two 200,000 square foot manufacturing buildings.  The project included a 10,000 square foot employee cafeteria. 

Bath’s scope of work included the design of mechanical and electrical systems. The HVAC system included 213 tons of refrigerated air provided by seven unitary roof packaged air units. A digital building automation system was designed to control sixty-three comfort zones.  The electrical system included an on-site substation and standby power generation.  The plumbing system included a supply water cistern, a drinking water treatment facility using both reverse osmosis and infrared light.  The fire protection system also required a supply water cistern.
