Military Housing

Bath provided all design for replacement of 15 kV power, potable water, sanitary sewer including two lift stations, natural gas and communications. These utilities were required for a new Private-Public Venture for the construction of 375 housing units at three sites at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi.

Bath also provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing inspections and construction observation for this $6 million design/build MILCON utilities project.

Phasing and scheduling required the demolition of existing housing before new houses could be built.  The relocation of military personnel was critical to the success of the project.
