Texas Western Hall is a new state-of-the-art learning complex on the University of Texas at El Paso campus. The building features 30 classrooms, a large auditorium, 20 collaboration rooms, a rooftop terrace, and a spacious lobby area. This building serves as the new hub for the College of Liberal Arts. Bath Group was contracted in 2024 to provide total commissioning services for this project.

Services provided: Bath provided whole building commissioning of all building systems including, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ancillary systems.

Deliverables: Commissioning Plan, Prefunctional Checklists, Functional Checklist, Observation Reports, Submittal reviews, O&M Review, Training Review, Training, Final Report, and 11 month Review (currently in-progress).

Technology/Software: CxAlloy was used to track all assets. The value added included the exported data added to the maintenance database and it tracked construction progress during the project.
