Bath has also contracted with clients and other engineering firms to provide Resident Project Representatives, Construction Management, Construction QC, Project Managers, and AutoCAD assistance to fill a low in personnel. Bath employees are able to learn client guidelines and procedures, and quickly integrate into their role of supporting the client. Bath personnel have been on-site at client and other engineering firm locations for 1 – 6 years providing continual professional support.
