This fast-track project was completed from concept to start up in 9 months and included installation of 1 main substation and 4 remote power control buildings.

The project includes

• New 12.47KV pad mounted 6-way VFI with SEL751 protection relays and SCADA interface
• 4160V and 480V substation with (2) 7.5MVA 12.47KV / 4160V
• (2) 2000KVA 12.47 /4160V Transformers
• 6 Toshiba MV Drives
• LV MCCs
• LV Drives

The Main substation PCR was designed with removal walls to all access to large drives and is powder coated aluminum for the coastal environment. Four additional 20’x14’ remote power control buildings were installed to support tank farm operations and included a 1000KVA pad mounted transformer and 480V MCCs.
